An RMA number must be requested and obtained before any product is returned to Free Link.

The RMA request must include the original Purchase Invoice and Warranty card.

RMA numbers will be issued by Free Link when: Product is defective upon receipt, or at any time during the Warranty Period.

Any product returned is out of Warranty Period or without original Purchase Invoice, an inspection fee of HK$100 must be charged, this inspection charge is not refundable. An additional cost for parts replacement might be occured also.
